The purpose-built accommodation spans two floors and includes a sensory room, sensory garden, two lounges, a large communal kitchen and diner, a one-to-one kitchen, and a bathroom with hydrotherapy bath. All bedrooms feature en-suite facilities on both ground and first floors.

The building is designed to blend into the residential area with no identifying signs indicating it is a care home.
