The building features various communal lounges, dining areas, quiet spaces, and a shared garden, with single and double bedroom options, some with ensuite facilities. The layout is designed to support people with dementia and those requiring mobility assistance.

Residents felt safe at the home and spoke positively about staff, saying they were kind, treated them well, and understood their individual preferences. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to respond to concerns appropriately.
