The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding care that was person-centred, kind and based on thorough assessment and planning. Some shortfalls in medicines management were identified, though managers responded quickly and made improvements.

Relatives described a warm, welcoming home with attentive, well-trained staff and effective, approachable leadership. Inspectors found staff morale high and communication with families regular and appropriate. Feedback from relatives was overwhelmingly positive, with all who commented saying they would recommend the home.
