Cascade (Charlton House)

Cascade (Charlton House) Ltd provides residential nursing and personal care to younger adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The home accommodates eight people in five ensuite rooms within the main house and three self-contained flats to the rear, adjacent to the garden. The property has been refurbished to meet residents' needs and deliberately blends into the residential area with no visible identifying signs or institutional features, allowing people to live with greater independence and control over their lives. Support is delivered on a person-centred basis, designed to help residents achieve meaningful lives with choice and autonomy.
