Brook Lodge

Brook Lodge provides personal and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 36 people were living at the service, which can accommodate up to 55 across two units.

Residents told inspectors they felt safe, and relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided, describing their loved ones as safe and well cared for. The service maintained clean and hygienic standards with appropriate personal protective equipment available. Inspectors noted that while some staff were not wearing face masks as required, staff confirmed they understood the requirements. The provider took immediate action and implemented a plan to prevent this from recurring.
