Homeleigh

Homeleigh provides personal care for up to 18 people with mental health needs in a single adapted building. At inspection, 17 people were living there. Residents reported feeling happy and safe, with staff supporting them according to their preferences.

Medicine management had improved, with people receiving prescribed medications as directed. Staff collaborated with healthcare professionals to ensure residents received comprehensive support for living as independently as possible. The service had assessed potential risks to people's health and welfare, with guidance in place for staff to manage these appropriately.
