Brook Court

People and relatives described staff as kind, patient and respectful, and said they felt safe and well cared for. Care was person-centred, with good access to activities and healthcare input, though a few people felt staff could seem rushed or did not always knock before entering rooms. The service was considered well run, with people confident to raise concerns.
