This care home provides nursing and personal care for up to 48 people across two buildings, supporting younger and older adults with mental health needs and dementia. The service prioritises consent and choice, with staff gaining permission before providing care and communicating in ways suited to each person's individual needs. Accidents and incidents are properly reported and recorded with follow-up action taken to prevent recurrence. Residents are supported to maintain control over their lives through least restrictive practices, with policies and systems embedded throughout the service to uphold these principles.
