At the time of inspection, 32 residents were living in the two-storey adapted building. People felt safe and supported by staff, who demonstrated knowledge of different types of abuse and how to report concerns.

The registered manager understood their safeguarding responsibilities and worked to protect residents from harm.

Potential risks to residents' health and wellbeing had been identified and managed appropriately. Residents and their relatives were involved in decisions about their care.
