Bryden House

Bryden House accommodates up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia and people with physical disabilities. At inspection, there were 25 people using the home. The service had established clear processes for family visits, with visitors required to provide a negative lateral flow test before entering to help keep residents and families safe.

Senior care staff had completed a programme to upskill to care practitioners, ensuring more experienced staff were available to provide specialist support. The home demonstrated commitment to developing the capability of its workforce to deliver high-quality care to its vulnerable resident population.
