Brook Care Home

Brook Care Home provides personal care for up to 20 people, some of whom may be living with dementia. The service operates across two floors in a residential area and was caring for 18 people at the time of inspection.

Relatives and residents spoke positively about their experiences. One relative said, "We are kept well informed, I think they are excellent," while a person using the service commented, "All the staff are very amiable, you never feel any pressure." Care was planned and delivered to ensure people's safety and welfare, with systems in place to minimise infection risk and learn from accidents and incidents. Staff had been recruited and employed following appropriate procedures.
