Braemar Lodge Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 17 older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, it was supporting 14 residents.

The home's quality monitoring system was not effective in assessing and improving recruitment processes. The administration of as-required medicines was not managed in line with regulatory requirements, and while some improvements had been made since the previous inspection, the provider remained in breach of regulations.
