Broadoaks

Broadoaks Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 39 older people. At the time of the CQC's assessment, a small number of people were being supported, with staffing levels that meant relatives noticed a consistent, familiar team who knew them well.

Inspectors found people and their relatives felt safe and well cared for, with warm, welcoming interactions from staff during visits. Activities were engaging and creative, with staff described as lively and attentive. The overall rating remains Good, reflecting consistently positive findings across the areas assessed.
