Happy Days

Happy Days provides residential care and personal support for up to four people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, two people were using the service.

The home has robust safeguarding arrangements in place, with staff understanding how to raise concerns and protect residents from abuse and harm. Risk assessments are regularly reviewed and mitigated to keep people safe. Staffing levels are sufficient to support residents' wellbeing, and medication is administered correctly. Infection prevention and control measures are properly implemented, with the service demonstrating a commitment to learning from incidents and making improvements.
