Ossis Lodge

Ossis Lodge is a large bungalow in a residential area of Southend on Sea, close to local amenities and facilities. The service accommodates up to six adults with learning disabilities, some of whom also have autistic spectrum disorder and physical disabilities. Five people were living at the service at the time of inspection. Suitable arrangements were in place to keep people safe, with staff following established policies and procedures.
