Bridge House accommodates up to 16 people and provides personal care support. The home has implemented robust infection control procedures, with cleaning schedules increased to ensure high-touch surfaces are regularly sanitised and maintained to high hygiene standards. Staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment with adequate supplies available, and all staff have received training in infection prevention and control measures.

A dedicated donning and doffing area near the entrance contains hand-washing facilities and clinical waste bins to support safe practices. Systems are in place to prevent visitors from catching and spreading infections, with information about COVID-19 displayed throughout the home.
