Crossley House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 17 people, primarily older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 15 people were using the service.

Staff kept people safe from avoidable harm by knowing them well and understanding safeguarding procedures. The service worked with other agencies to protect people from abuse.
