Leadership was found to be strong and open, with good governance and staff who felt supported. Some minor gaps remained, including inconsistent staff supervision and a failure to report certain safeguarding referrals to the CQC, though both issues were being addressed promptly. People and their relatives described staff as kind, respectful and attentive.
