Brambles Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care to 26 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 28 residents. People, relatives and staff all gave overwhelmingly positive feedback about the service. A relative described it as excellent, saying, "The staff, the building, the whole concept of care, it's absolutely brilliant. It's one lovely family." Care and support is delivered to a high standard and is person-centred, with care plans in place that set out how to meet each person's individual needs. People are involved in deciding and planning their own care, and their communication needs are assessed and met in an accessible way.
