Heathfield Residential Home

Heathfield Residential Home accommodates up to 35 older people in a large adapted building, with 32 residents at the time of inspection. The service provides accommodation and personal care to this population.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home. Staff had completed comprehensive risk assessments and developed guidance to mitigate potential health and welfare risks. The home systematically recorded and analysed accidents and incidents to identify patterns and evaluate whether interventions were effective. Environmental and equipment checks were regularly undertaken to ensure residents' safety.
