Charing Court Residential Home

Charing Court Residential Home provides personal care to older people, supporting up to 33 residents in one adapted building. At inspection, 25 people were living at the service, some with dementia. Residents and staff were observed engaging positively with one another. One resident said, "I would recommend it to anyone. It is brilliant. The staff are considerate, kind and friendly. I was dreading coming to live here. But I am happy. The staff could not do more for me. I know them and they know me." Care plans were up-to-date and accessible to support individualised care.
