Bramble Down

Bramble Down provides personal care for up to 31 older people, with 30 residents at the time of inspection. The home demonstrates a strong person-centred culture where staff across all roles deliver compassionate and dignified care. People and their relatives provided positive feedback, highlighting staff as kind, caring and committed. Residents particularly valued the continuity of care from regular staff, which has helped build meaningful relationships, especially during the pandemic.

The activity team works with staff to recognise what matters to each person, delivering individualised support tailored to personal needs, wishes and preferences. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adapted as people's circumstances change. The service maintains close working relationships with healthcare professionals to support residents' wellbeing.
