The home maintained safe systems around safeguarding and risk assessment, treating people with dignity and respect while promoting choice and control through least restrictive practices.

Medicine management was generally safe, though inspectors noted that handwritten changes to medicine records were not always recorded and signed by two members of staff, and made a recommendation about this. Staffing levels were adequate to enable timely care delivery. Overall, the service demonstrated good practice across all areas assessed.
