Beacon House

This service accommodates and provides personal care for up to five people living with learning disabilities, some with complex behavioural needs. At the time of inspection, all five places were occupied. The service does not provide nursing care and is run by a registered manager who holds legal responsibility for meeting health and social care requirements.

Inspectors found the service to be Outstanding. Staff demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting residents' wellbeing and independence. People using the service received personalised care that respected their individual needs and preferences, with staff showing genuine compassion and attentiveness in their daily interactions.
