Beacon House

Beacon House is a residential care home in the community, supporting up to five people with a learning disability or autism, with easy access to local parks and shops. At the time of the assessment, four people were living there.

The CQC found the service had improved since its last assessment, with previous breaches relating to safe care, staffing and consent now resolved. People appeared happy, relaxed and comfortable with staff, and feedback from residents, families and health professionals was positive. Overall, the home was rated good.
