Brook Meadows House

Brook Meadows House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 61 older people living with dementia and complex health needs. The service occupies one adapted building across two floors. The ground floor supports up to 31 people with dementia, while the first floor accommodates up to 30 people in rehabilitation following hospital discharge or awaiting suitable long-term care arrangements. At the time of the inspection, 46 people were using the service.

The registered manager and senior team regularly audit various aspects of the home, including accidents and other safety metrics, to monitor and maintain care standards.
