At inspection, 32 residents were living at the home, which is arranged over two floors with access to communal areas. Staff supported people's social and emotional wellbeing using various methods, including information technology to assist communication.

The home maintained robust infection control measures, requiring all essential visitors to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, complete NHS Track and Trace information, and have their temperature checked before entering.
