Boroughbridge Manor and Lodge Care Home

This purpose-built care home in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire provides personal care to up to 77 people, including those living with dementia and those with physical disabilities. However, risks to people's health and safety were only periodically assessed rather than being systematically monitored. The home had systems to assess and monitor quality, though these were not always effective in ensuring consistently high standards of care.
