Riverside Court provides personal care and support for people living at the home, including those needing assistance with daily living. Despite this, people spoke highly of staff and felt safe, with positive feedback about the registered manager. Care needs were assessed and reviewed regularly, and people had good access to healthcare professionals. Feedback on food and staffing levels was mixed, though inspectors found the service took prompt action to address the issues identified.
