Riverside Court

Riverside Court provides accommodation and personal care to up to 25 older people and those living with dementia across three floors with communal spaces and outdoor areas. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

Inspectors found significant safety concerns. Risks were not appropriately assessed, monitored, and managed, and daily notes lacked robustness. The building's security had not been reviewed to ensure people and staff remained safe. Several health and safety checks were out of date, including actions to address unsafe water temperatures and fire safety issues. Infection prevention and control practices were not safely maintained.
