Bluebell Park

Bluebell Park provides residential and nursing care for up to 64 people living with dementia and physical disabilities across three communities: Memory Lane, Woodland View, and Bramble Way. The purpose-built home spans three floors with communal lounges, dining rooms, and secluded gardens. At the time of inspection, 60 people were living at the home.

The home implemented robust infection control measures, including COVID-19 screening at entry and provision of personal protective equipment. Staff received training in infection prevention and control practices. Enhanced cleaning schedules focused on high-touch areas such as handrails and door handles. During the COVID-19 outbreak, the home supported residents to maintain contact with relatives and friends through video calls, telephone calls, and window visits, while essential caregivers and families of people receiving end-of-life care were permitted to continue visiting in line with government guidelines.
