Elvaston Lodge Nursing Home

Elvaston Lodge Nursing Home provides residential and nursing care for up to 44 people, including those with nursing needs. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 35 people were living there, and the service is rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe and spoke positively about their care, describing staff as professional, caring and friendly. Medicines were managed safely, staffing levels and recruitment checks were adequate, and risks were regularly assessed. Care plans reflected people's choices, activities were encouraged, and the management team sought people's views to drive ongoing improvement.
