Birkenhead Court

Birkenhead Court provides personal care for up to 60 residents, primarily people with dementia. The home operates four separate units, each with their own facilities. At inspection, 58 people were receiving support.

Care planning at the home is person-centred, with risk assessments containing appropriate information and regularly reviewed and updated. Staff respect residents' beliefs, choices and rights. Feedback from residents and relatives was positive, and recruitment practices are safe with sufficient staff on duty to meet people's needs.
