Hilbre Manor EMI Residential Care Home

Hilbre Manor provides residential care for up to 15 people across four floors with lift access. At inspection, 13 residents were living at the home.

Residents reported feeling safe and comfortable, appearing relaxed in the company of staff. One person said, "I get on with everyone here," while another noted, "There is always something to do" and a third commented, "We have quite a bit of fun." People felt encouraged to make decisions and reported being listened to, with support to express their views and make choices about their care and daily lives.
