Heyberry House

Heyberry House is a residential care home accommodating up to 41 people who require support with personal care. At inspection, 33 residents lived there. The home had implemented strong visitor safety measures including a designated visiting area, on-site coronavirus testing, face masks, and social distancing protocols. When the home closed to visitors due to a coronavirus outbreak, staff proactively addressed residents' emotional wellbeing by arranging alternative contact methods such as phone calls or video calls for those unable to visit in person, demonstrating consideration for residents' mental health during isolation.
