The CQC carried out a responsive assessment after concerns were raised, and found the service overall Good, though shortfalls were identified in safety and governance.
Inspectors found windows lacked restrictors, putting people at risk of falling, a gap the provider fixed after the visit. Audits had not caught this or missing meeting records, and breaches of regulations on safe care and governance were identified. Staff were skilled, well supported, and knew people well, and medicines and health support were managed safely.
