St Mary's House

St Mary's House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 24 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 19 residents were using the service. People and their family members said they were happy with the support provided and would recommend the home to others. They described staff as kind, caring and respectful, noting they felt safe and understood by those supporting them. Staff were safely recruited, appropriately trained, and well supported by the registered manager. They demonstrated sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and felt confident in their knowledge of how to protect people using the service.
