Royal Cambridge Home

The Royal Cambridge Home provides care for up to 30 older people without nursing, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 20 people were living at the home, which was not accepting permanent admissions due to planned redevelopment awaiting planning approval.

People received consistent care from staff who understood their individual needs, interests and preferences. Staff demonstrated kindness and respect in their interactions with residents. Relatives described the home as having a 'family' atmosphere, appreciating the quality of care and attention their loved ones received.
