Baugh House Care Centre

Baugh House provides personal and nursing care to 32 people, with capacity for up to 60, across two floors serving both residential and nursing needs. The home supports some people living with dementia.

People felt safe at the home. Safeguarding policies and procedures were in place with clear staff understanding. Appropriate recruitment checks were completed before staff started work, and staffing levels met people's care and support needs. Risks were assessed with staff aware of minimisation strategies. Staff followed advice from healthcare professionals, and medicines were managed appropriately.
