Pemberley Manor Care and Nursing Home, in Bromley, provides care and nursing support for up to 75 people, including those living with dementia or physical ill health. The CQC rated the service Good, an improvement on the previous requires improvement rating, finding that earlier breaches around person-centred care, consent, safe care, staffing and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found people were protected from abuse, risks were well managed and there were enough staff to meet needs promptly. Residents and relatives spoke positively about kindness shown by staff, the food, activities and the approachable management, describing the home as well organised and well led.
