Silverdale

Silverdale provides personal care to up to 47 older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 46 people were using the service. While systems and checks were in place, they did not always identify issues robustly enough or demonstrate consistent completion. People and relatives spoke positively about the management team, feeling the service was well run and people received good care. Staff felt well supported and worked effectively as a team. Various systems were in place to obtain feedback, with people, relatives and staff feeling involved in the service.
