Bange Nursing Homes Limited t/a Bradley House Nursing Home

Bradley House Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 34 older people, some living with dementia, in a single adapted building. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. Residents and relatives said they felt safe, with staff knowing how to report concerns appropriately. All incidents and accidents were recorded and reviewed to prevent recurrence, and equipment was regularly checked and serviced. The home had safely recruited enough staff to meet people's needs, with plans to increase staffing as occupancy grew.

Staff enjoyed working at Bradley House but felt unsupported following incidents. The management team committed to holding debriefs after future incidents to better support staff wellbeing. A quality assurance system was in place to monitor the service's standards.
