Ashlands Manor Care Home

Ashlands Manor Care Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 57 people, some living with dementia. The purpose-built home spans three floors, each with en-suite rooms and separate facilities. The ground floor supports people requiring personal care assistance, the first floor caters to those living with dementia, and the second floor provides nursing care for those with greater medical needs.

People were kept safe at the home. Staff understood how to raise safeguarding concerns and were aware of the processes required to maintain safety. Risks of harm were identified and mitigated as much as possible to protect residents.
