Avon View

Avon View provides nursing and personal care to up to 81 older adults, many with dementia, across three floors with lounge, dining, and specialist bathroom areas. At inspection, 66 people were using the service. Residents told inspectors they felt safe and had their wishes respected. Staff had received training to recognise signs of abuse and understood their responsibilities in reporting concerns. The home assessed, monitored and reviewed risks for each person, with staff knowledgeable about individual risks and implementing appropriate safeguarding measures in line with care plans.
