Homefield Grange

Homefield Grange is a care home providing personal and nursing care to older people, registered for up to 64 residents with 48 living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC found the home was performing well, with risks managed safely, medicines handled properly, and effective leadership under the registered manager. This followed previous breaches, which inspectors found had been addressed with sustained improvements.

Inspectors found a warm, respectful atmosphere, with people describing themselves as safe and happy. Staff spoke positively about training, support and the culture of improvement. Staffing levels were kept under review and residents felt confident staff responded when needed.
