Arboretum Nursing Home

Arboretum Nursing Home provides nursing care and support for people with health and mobility needs. The CQC found the service performing well overall, with people speaking positively about staff and feeling safe and well cared for. Staffing levels were sufficient and medicines management had improved since the previous inspection.

However, inspectors found improvements were still needed around environmental safety, including checks on window restrictors and furniture, and staff training was not fully up to date. Systems for learning from incidents had improved but needed further development to identify wider themes and reduce repeat occurrences. Overall, the home was rated Good.
