Rushall Care Home

This residential care home supports up to 39 people, including younger adults and older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were using the service and received both personal and nursing care.

People felt safe at the home. Staff assessed safety risks and implemented plans to minimise them. The service had sufficient qualified staff to meet people's needs. Residents received support with their medicines as prescribed, and staff understood infection prevention measures to keep people safe. When incidents occurred, staff reviewed them and applied learning to prevent similar events happening again.
