Swan House

Swan House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 45 people, though only 13 people were using the service at the time of assessment. Following concerns raised at a previous inspection, the provider had made improvements, and the CQC found the home was now performing well.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff who managed risks and medicines appropriately and treated residents with dignity and respect. Care was person centred, with clear information provided to people and effective partnership working with other agencies. Quality monitoring systems were in place, supporting a consistently good standard of care across the service.
