Signature House

Signature House accommodates up to 48 people and specializes in caring for older people with dementia and nursing needs. At inspection, 44 residents were living at the home. Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and supported people safely. Inspectors observed residents were relaxed and comfortable in the company of staff members. The provider had systems in place to monitor quality and plan ongoing improvements, responding robustly and transparently when concerns about people's safety at night emerged.
