Albert Residential Home

Albert Residential Home is a small residential care home providing support for up to 3 people, including older people, those living with dementia and people with physical disabilities. Inspectors found the service had improved since its last inspection and is now rated good overall, having addressed previous concerns.

People said they felt safe, well cared for and involved in decisions about their care, with staff described as kind and respectful of their independence. The CQC found sufficient trained staff, a clean environment, personalised care plans and effective management, with a positive culture and good links to outside professionals.
