St Ann's Lodge 1

St Ann's Lodge provides personal care to up to 6 people with mild to severe learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder in Kingston Upon Thames. At inspection, all 6 available places were occupied. The service ensures people can access activities and visits with adequate staffing, including one-to-one support when needed. Staff know people well and work effectively with other agencies to keep them safe from abuse and harm.

However, medicines were not always managed safely. The service demonstrated commitment to supporting people's choices, dignity and independence, enabling them good access to their local community. Staff understand each resident's individual needs and provide protection from potential risks through their detailed knowledge of the people they care for.
