St Ann's Lodge 1

St Ann's Lodge 1 is a small care home providing personal care to people with a learning disability and autistic people, supporting six people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were protected from abuse, risks were managed well, and staff had the right training and skills. Medicines management, previously an issue, had improved and the provider was no longer in breach of regulation.

Inspectors found an experienced, knowledgeable senior team providing person centred care, with regular quality checks and a culture of openness and continuous improvement. Relatives praised staff as kind and attentive, describing people as happy and settled, with strong long term relationships and good outcomes achieved.
