Staff effectively support residents to maintain contact with family and friends through telephone, internet, and in-person visits. The home facilitated visits safely using an adapted screened room and outdoor spaces. The registered manager had isolation plans in place, and the service maintained good supplies of personal protective equipment at stations throughout.

Visitors underwent health screening and testing, while staff received training on keeping residents safe. The building was clean and well-maintained, and staff provided residents with sufficient stimulation and activities to support their welfare.
