1 & 2 Hedgerows

Hedgerows provides short-stay residential care and personal care support for up to five adults with learning disabilities and autism. The service offers planned respite care and emergency stays for approximately 40 people who use the service as needed. At the time of inspection, no one was currently booked.

The service demonstrates a strong person-centred culture with staff showing genuine passion for their work. Staff members have in-depth knowledge of the people they support and are fully aware of individual preferences, likes and dislikes. They go above and beyond their roles to ensure people are treated equally and fairly, promoting choice, control, independence and inclusion in people's care and support.
